UPGRADE FEATURES

BOTTOM VENT PANEL - Arch Angle can offer the option of a small bottom vent panel. It is a small inset removable panel of glass that can be interchanged with a small screen panel.

TINTED AND LOW E GLAZING - Offer UV protection and cut down on heat build up between the storm and entry door.

INSULATED DOUBLE KICK PANEL - A storm door is over 90% glass. The benefit of a full frame insulation is outweighed by the cost and actual efficiency. However, our insulated recessed kick panel can enhance the solid feel of the door and add to both sound deadening and some added energy efficiency near the bottom of the door. Insulated, the bottom panel is inserted with insulfill foam that is then sandwiched between two front and back aluminum panels making the door more solid and rigid than the customary single panel.

INTERNAL HARDWOOD HINGE BRACING - A 1X2” hardwood insert put into the hollow hinge side of the aluminum extrusion. Recommended, especially on oversize width doors where the weight of the glass increases the weight on the hinges. The hardwood insert allows the hinge screws to be retightened or replaced should they ever begin to loosen from the frame.
