Our hardware is made for 1 1/8” door. The surface mount styles are field installed and the mortise are predrilled.
OUR STANDARD HARDWARE PACKAGE consists of a black heavy duty closer with a touch and stay feature; a black catch chain for wind gusts and a vertical classic black push button outside handle with black inside paddle handle with a dead bolt feature (Can be keyed as an option) or standard black inside/outside lever handles with inside dead bolt, but no key option.
OUR UPGRADED LEVER HANDLES (for single door or a French set that does not require a matching dummy handle) are solid forged brass in a variety of finishes. The upgraded designer serenade levers feature both inside and outside handles of the same finish… though inside handle is a paddle handle on surface mount models. Mortise style handles have a matching inside and outside. Serenade and Ventana levers all include inside locking dead bolt feature with outside key.
